You can pay your deposit by credit/debit card, cheque, BACS/CHAPS or internet transfer. Please note, we do not accept American Express (AMEX).
Some bands offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to make staggered, interest-free payments in the months leading up to your event. Your dedicated agent will provide more details at the time of booking.
All amendments and alterations can be made through contact with your dedicated agent. An email will usually suffice, but for more significant changes (e.g. change of date), a phone call is usually the easiest method.
Don’t panic! We have a network of extremely high-quality bands on offer, so if the specific group you’ve asked for are busy, we can recommend some other options that will be to your liking!
Yes, we do. Many of the bands you see on our website will have customisable line-ups, meaning they can adapt their packages to suit different budgets. Speaking to a member of our team is the best way to discuss options.
Upon booking, your dedicated agent will send out a formal contract for you to consider and sign. This is a legally binding document, so be rest assured that your booking (and money) is completely protected. If you have questions about any specifics in your contract, your agent will happily go through these with you over the phone.
We appreciate that things happen and extenuating circumstances may mean that you have to cancel your booking. Although we cannot always guarantee a full refund, we do promise to look at each case on an individual basis and will always seek to find a compromise that will satisfy all parties involved.
Re-arranging a booking is possible but will still be treated as a cancellation. The reason for this is that the change in date will result in band having very little chance of filling the old (now vacant) date with a new booking, resulting in a loss of earnings. That being said, we will still seek to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
