The Elevation are what is known as a band ‘collective’ – a term some of you may be unfamiliar with. Put simply, unlike band’s with a fixed line-up, The Elevation draws from a pool of world-class musicians to perform at weddings and parties all over the country and beyond.
With an extensive repertoire that leans more toward contemporary tunes, (e.g. Sam Fender, Post Malone, The 1975) the band have had an incredibly successful couple of years, delighting audiences of all ages.
“We’re just a group of driven musicians who want to make a living doing what we love: performing and playing music to people who want to have a good time,” said one of the band’s drummers, Rik.
2021 is due to be the band’s busiest year yet, with the calendar already filling. Another advantage of being a band collective is the greater capacity for performances, meaning that couples or groups hopeful of booking the band are less likely to find that they are unavailable.
“Having played for other bands over the years, I definitely feel at home with The Elevation,” said singer, Remy. “The level of professionalism with these guys is second to none. I’m loving it.”
